"I took my family and best friend to see the Nutcracker last night...I love the ballet but let's face it, the Nutcracker isn't the greatest ballet and it's hard to make exciting. This company rose to the challenge. Their reinterpretation of the story and choreography was relevant, fun, character driven while not falling into kitsch or mockery. The characters really popped in this version and while the dancing was fabulous the acting really drove this show. It was great to see so many performers from different generations creating such a fun, entertaining and well executed show. I will become a follower of this company after this show. Get out and see them!!
