Katrina Gould

Associate Director & Dancer

Originally from Connecticut, Katrina studied at the School of American Ballet in NYC. From there she went on to dance with Los Angeles Ballet for 3 seasons, dancing lead roles in George Balanchine's "Serenade" and "Raymonda Variations," amongst others. Katrina then joined Tivoli Ballet Theater in Copenhagen, Denmark. There she danced solos in many Bournonville ballets and originated the role of Snow Queen in the 2012 production of “The Nutcracker.”

Since joining NAB in 2015, Katrina has danced numerous principle roles in Lucy Warren-Whitman’s creations, including the title roles in The Little Mermaid and Cinderella, Lead Summer in Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, and Sugar Plum, Snow Queen, and Dew Drop in the Nutcracker.

In addition, Katrina has been a featured guest artist with Civic Ballet of Volusia County, Ballet Lubbock, Pioneer Valley Ballet, and Ballet Arts Centre of Winchester.

After many years of running the company’s communications and media, Katrina was promoted to the role of Associate Director of NAB in the Summer of 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University in Management with a minor in Graphic Communications and concentration in Digital Marketing. Katrina is excited to help the company grow as she develops in her role as Associate Director.
