DanceArts Division

We believe dance is for everyone.

The DanceArts Division is gear toward students who need more flexibility with their schedule. The classes offered in DanceArts are flexible add-on training in a wide range of dance disciplines for students who have other commitments but want to continue their dance training.


Spring Semester Schedule

9 - 10 am - Ballet Conditioning

10 - 11:30 am - Intermediate/Advanced Ballet Technique

11:45 - 12:45 pm - Intermediate/Advanced Pointe Class

Wednesdays

5:30 - 7 pm - Intermediate/Advanced Ballet Technique

7 - 8 pm - Ballet Partnering


Classes

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet Technique

Ages 12+

As part of NAB's DanceArts Division, this challenging ballet class offers students supplemental training to improve their technique. For students accepted into the NAByouth performance group this is a great way to prepare their bodies for rehearsals.

Intermediate/Advanced Pointe Technique

Ages 12+

This challenging pointe class offers students supplemental training to improve their pointe technique while increasing strength and artistry.

Intermediate/Advanced Repertory

Ages 12+

Repertory, or variations, class offers students a chance to study and learn classical and contemporary works performed by professional companies around the world..

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet Partnering

Ages 12+

As an introduction to partnering, students study and learn the fundamentals of classical partnering. Each class will focus on building strong partnering technique foundation.

Ballet Conditioning

Ages 12+

Dance Conditioning develops strength, stretch and fluidity through movement using concepts from gyrokinesis, pilates and yoga.


Dress code 1:

Solid color leotard, pink or skin tone tights & matching canvas ballet shoes.

Dress code 2:

White shirt, black tights or shorts, black canvas ballet shoes.
